Delete your AdVoc account

AdVoc users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page is informational and does not delete an account directly.

Option 1

Delete from your account

Log in to AdVoc, go to Profile -> Settings -> Delete account, and confirm the deletion request. The actual deletion action requires an authenticated user session or verified account ownership.

Option 2

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your AdVoc account and write: "Delete my AdVoc account." We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

Email requests create a support request only. We do not delete an account just because someone provides an email address.

What we delete

Account and associated personal data

We delete your account, profile information, authentication data, consultation requests, messages, uploaded files, and other personal data associated with your account, where deletion is legally allowed.

What we may retain

Limited records required for compliance

We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, payment records, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax and accounting obligations, regulatory obligations. Retained data is kept only as needed for those purposes.

Processing time

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days

We process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional verification, the timeframe starts after ownership is verified.
