How we verify lawyers
How AdVoc checks lawyer identity and professional status before a profile is shown as verified.
Identity check
During registration, a lawyer’s identity data is checked through the identity-verification process. Personal identification data is not displayed on the public profile.
Professional status
We compare the lawyer’s name and registration number with available Georgian Bar Association records. Only a user with an approved verification can be displayed as a verified lawyer.
What the badge does not mean
The badge confirms the identity and professional status checked at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of service quality, a particular outcome, or depth in every listed practice area. Report a concern to [email protected].
